Internet Search Engine Giant Google has planned to buy online travel group ITA software for $700 Million. ITA software is an airline IT and services provider giving wonderful services to Travel Industry, travel agencies, travel distributors and also very importantly to the passengers. Google Press released a confirmed news and said it has "Signed a definitive agreement for Google to acquire ITA for $700 million in cash." The deal between the two company's makes the way for the users to find flight information online in a easy and better manner.
